I loved the hotel's location, with the Museum of Egypt just 100m away and being right in the center of Cairo next to the Cairo Museum. The rooms had tiny twin beds, but I got lucky with a Nile view room that had a terrace. The staff really impressed me with their professionalism and going above and beyond to ensure a 5-star service, especially the night reception and manager who sorted out a refund and even gave me a complimentary item. The dining options were fantastic with a variety of cuisines available. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, making it quite noisy at times.
